BIM GET Mechanical

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems as per project LOD.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
• Generate shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and as-built models from BIM.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, standards, and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
• Collaborate with other trades for integration and FM handover data.
• Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy, constructability, and clash-free deliverables.

Qualification: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
