Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems as per project LOD.
2. Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
3. Generate shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and as-built models from BIM.
4. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, standards, and codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
5. Collaborate with other trades for integration and FM handover data.
6. Conduct QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy, constructability, and clash-free deliverables.
